Missing and Partial pockets
The trader checks whether the bitcoin in your pockets is still on the exchange. Someone (you, staking, a manual sale) can take bitcoin away. Those pockets used to disappear quietly. Now they stay, with a mark.
Two colours
- Missing (red) — the bitcoin of that pocket is gone. The trader cannot sell it.
- Partial (orange) — there isn’t enough bitcoin for the whole pocket. Part of it is missing.
Below the table you see the total, plus how much is missing. On the right sits Delete Missing Pockets. Under that a here button to the explainer on how to fix it yourself.
On the phone: M and P
On a narrow screen there is no room for the full word. There the labels go compact: M (missing) and P (partial). Same meaning, same colours. The chips keep their colour when you select them.
What can you do?
- First look at why the bitcoin is gone. Often: staking/rewards on, bitcoin moved, or you sold it on the exchange yourself.
- Can you put the bitcoin back? Put it back. Missing pockets then become available again on their own (up to a day).
- Was it on purpose, or is putting it back not an option? Use Delete Missing Pockets. You get a clearer confirmation screen, also when partial pockets are included, and it fits on your phone.

How much bitcoin is missing?
At the bottom of the pockets list you see exactly how much bitcoin is missing.
Benefit: you immediately see which pockets are stuck, instead of them disappearing quietly. And you get a link to fix it yourself — or to clean up if that was the plan.
