That button opens Free help. Choose how we reach you: email or phone. For phone, you enter your number.

After you send it, the button on Home turns green: Help requested. You do not have to do it again.
Green once you have asked for help.
Benefit: you do not have to hunt for a support address. If the start stalls, the button is already there — free, through the channel you pick.
