Bitcoin price and your capital
Bitcoin price cycle
When you use Cryptotrader you also deal with the bitcoin price cycle. The price can drop sharply after the trader has started. After a deep dip it can take years for the price to recover; in earlier cycles that was up to about 2.5 years. Capital can (almost) disappear for that entire period. This is not a savings product: no DGS and no ICS. See Risks.
Profit and loss on sale
Open positions are not realised profit or loss. A pocket is sold only when the sell price is above the buy price. Until then, pockets and bitcoin on HOLD can fall in value. The sell rule does not mean you always make a profit.
What the trader does in a dip
The trader buys with a percentage of the available budget. The trader has no stop-loss. Open pockets stay until the sell rule is met. Recovery is not certain; capital can drop (almost) to zero.
