Complaints
A complaint concerns the service of OliNo Energy B.V. (Cryptotrader.online). An ordinary support question (login, credits, API key) is not a complaint.
Channel
Send your complaint to Email. Include your trader ID if you have one, what happened, when, and what you expect from us.
Time limits
We acknowledge receipt within 5 working days. A substantive reply follows within 8 weeks.
What we do and do not do
We handle complaints internally. If we cannot resolve it, you can report it to the AFM. The AFM does not settle individual disputes; it uses reports as market signals.
