Purpose processing
We use your personal data to trade on your behalf on a Bitcoin Exchange so that you can make a profit with the automatic purchase / sale of Bitcoins. We also use your data to provide support and so that we can inform you of changes to our services or products.
What personal data do we process?
Personal data that we process when creating a cryptotrader.online account are:
– First and last name
– E-mail
– Credits purchased
– Language
From the linked Bitcoin exchange (sub) account:
– Account ID
– API key
– API SECRET
In order to act on your behalf, we extract the following information using the API key from the linked Bitcoin exchange (sub) account:
– USD Balance
– BTC Balance
– Bitcoin Transactions (purchases / sales)
We also process derivative information such as achieved return and profit.
Who process my personal data?
In addition to Cryptotrader.online processing the data internally, Cryptotrader.online uses the service of digital invoice for sending invoices. The privacy statement of digital invoice can be found at the bottom of their website.
Where do we store your data?
We process personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA). The Cryptotrader.online servers are located in Frankfurt (Germany).
How do we secure your data?
To secure your personal data, we have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures. The choice of these measures is based on the available technology, the implementation costs, the type of personal data that we process for you and the associated risks. We strive to ensure that these measures meet the requirements in article 32 of the AVG. For example, our website has an SSL certificate, use a firewall to prevent abuse and the sensitive data is stored encrypted in the database.
